The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, with very spacious rooms and extremely helpful staff, especially Mr Blake Liu. The bathroom was fantastic, but the room wasn't ready at the booking time.

My stay at the hotel was a nice escape after a busy day. The rooms were clean and spacious, although I felt they were not spacious enough for the money. The staff were very friendly and polite but woke me up at 7 in the morning, even with the DO NOT DISTURB sign on. The location was excellent, close to the main shopping area and easy to connect anywhere in the city. The dining experience was incredible with a variety of choices. Overall, a good option to relax after a long day.

After a day of shopping, the hotel rooms were exactly what I requested for, clean, and spacious, though not a suite on the executive floor. The service was among the best, extremely helpful, and dedicated to their job, especially the hardworking team handling room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry. The location is very good, centrally located within walking distance to Sun Yat Sen metro station. The dining should improve with more varied options, but overall quite up to standard. The facilities are quite up to standard as well.
